| Challenges |
- Hose cable clamping by pneumatic application.
- Route the cable such way that total length of cables should be within limits.
- Sense the grommets and tapes with respective positions and presence to be detected by the sensors.
- Unless all sensors and grommets are in position, hose cables should not be de clamped

| Application | Test Rig for Extraction and Articulations of Mirror by Mechanically and Electric Mode. |
| Challenges |
- Generate the Vacuum and pull out mirror by load 50 N with specific time period.
- Measure the angle of mirror with respect to Interior, Exterior,Sky and Ground by movement of joystick.
- Joystick movements by mechanically as well as electrically.
- Mechanical joystick movements with help of pneumatic application.
- Limiting Diaphragms for both panel and source with four independent movements of lead sheet in z and x direction.
- Mirror Angles conversion by LVDT Transducers.
- PLC for Auto cycles with bar code print of product information

| Challenges |
- The x-ray tube and flat panel was to be fitted inline with adjustable movements. Swivel movement up to a ±45? Manual height adjustment up to 300mm in z axis.
- Limiting Diaphragms for both panel and source with four independent movements of lead sheet in z and x direction.

| Project - CNG Cylinder Handling System For Ultrasonic Testing |
| Job Specification | Diameter Range : 232mm - 400mm. Length : 700mm to 2000mm |
| Application | Detection of cracks and defects in CNG cylinder by using ultrasonic testing. |
| Challenges |
- Single system was to be designed to facilitate ultrasonic testing of five different types of cylinders.
- Along the cylinder length, the traverse of the testing probe was linear. However, the cylinders were rounded at ends. These convex shaped neck & bottom were also to be inspected.

- The linearity of the cantilever boom was not to exceed 20mm over length of 14.5m.

| Project - Thermal Cycle Test Unit |

| Application | Repetitive high temperature exposure to test components to study their behavior. |
| Challenges | - Along with test components, the holding wire was also exposed to high temperature & then it was forced cooled. The wire had to be inert to all these conditions.

| Challenges | - Transfer of files from Sand Blasting machines to Washing System was a challenge because of plant layout. The files entering washing conveyor were to have specific orientation.
- All the minute sand particles had to be removed from files before they entered Potassium Dichromate treatment chamber.
- All residue of Potassium Dichromate was to be washed from file serrations before it entered the emulsion treatment.

| Project - Auto Feeder For Sandblasting Machine |

| Challenges : | - Files were to be picked up from random bulk, one at a time. These were then to be loaded one after another.
- Target price did not allow pick & place mechanism.
- A single system was to handle all file variants.

| Challenges | - Lock position was to be as per field position.
- Test rig was to be operated under simulated real life situations. This involved performing in dry weather, under salt water spray and dust jet spray.
- Force and Torque measurements at pre-determend angles of key rotation.
- Universal key program was required with all necessary controls.
